Mohamed Azizi Bin Mohd Ali, founder of the company has over 20 years experiences in construction and manufacturing industry . He start his carrier as site coordinator with Tan&Tan Consultant in early 1992 and continue with CKN Mahabina JV Sdn Bhd untill 1993 as a foreman. With his knowledge and experience he start set up a manufacturing company Fullzen Corporation Sdn Bhd early 1998 and form a construction company, Progrout Injection Sdn Bhd early 2011. He is now running 3 companies with different industry and service.

Dr. Ismacahyadi Bagus Bin Mohd Jais

Dr. Ismacahyadi Bagus Mohamed Jais is a technical advisor for the company. Currently, he is a senior lecturer in the Faculty of Civil Engineering, UiTM and has involved in research and consultations relating to numerical simulation and physical modelling of geotechnical problems. He is also a trainer and subject matter expert on using PLAXIS Finite Element Code (FEC) for practising. His research involved the application of polyurethane foam injection as an alternative to ground rehabilitation works for various geotechnical problems, finite element analysis of geoforensic and geotechnology solution, soil stabilisation using polymeric substance, ground rehabilitation using micro helical and underpinning for sustainable construction. With his presence, he will definitely bring more success for the company especially in terms of geotechnical engineering, geoforensic investigation and solution.

Our Project Director has 24 years intensive experience operation in oil & gas , He is familiar with NDT , fabrication , hook up & commissioning , pipe laying , installation , diving & ROV as Client Site Representive Petronas and Operation Superintendent (Sapura energy , Allied Marine Sdn Bhd , Pioneer Pegasus Sdn Bhd , Alam Maritim , Subsea Explore and various other companies. With his experience and knowledge in oil and gas industry, he will contribute to the company and assist us in liaising with any related oil and gas industry which subjected to ground treatment.

Norafiza Mahmud started her career as a Business Development early 2008 , she has experience managed through several large project for the previous company such as Lebar Daun Construction Sdn Bhd, Projek Penyelenggaran Lebuhraya Berhad (PROPEL), Malaysia Airport Holding Berhad(MAHB) and Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR). With her own ability and strength, she definitely able to bring the company to a higher level.

Muhammad Faiz Mazlee kick off his career as a Research Assistant for Dr. Ismacahyadi in 2013. He then become a design engineer at DNP Consult Sdn Bhd in 2014 until 2018. He had several onsite and design experiences during his spell at consultant firm. He also had some knowledge and experience in geotechnical/geoforensic and site investigation works. He then pursues his career as an academician at Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) and establish himself as Head of Department for Civil Engineering Department since 2018 to May 2020. During his time at MEDIU he also attached with Global Infinite Ent as Project Manager for the company in order for him to fulfill the criteria required by BEM to grab his Professional Engineering Certificate. With his ability and strength, he will flourish and help the company to progress in the near future.

Our Project Manager is Diploma holder in Electrical Engineering from UiTM . Zaiful Zainal is one of the most notable manager that involve and maximize knowledge together with intensive experiences in site operation. His knowledge in site management and technical skills will be benefited company towards performing and accomplish company goal. His self-compilation of technical and management and share with others especially to young generation who has interest and effort to learn more in the industry.

He has initially started his career sometime in the year 1992 from various position in technical & non-technical management with various established multi-national engineering companies such as Bintai Kindenko Engineering, ABB (Asea Brown Boveri), GEC (Malaysia), as well as few other local companies such as MinConsult (Consultant), Progrout Injection Sdn Bhd before joining GeoCon Sdn Bhd. With his vast experience in the past, we believe he will oversee the planning, strategizing on the development of business focusing the opportunities and prospects of the company’s direction reflecting the needs of customers, market environment in the future to come.

Fatin Fathiah binti Hadzri

Fatin Fathiah is a graduate student from UiTM. She started her career in 2018 at Primudi Sdn Bhd as Civil and Structure Site Supervisor whereas she assisted site supervisor in site matters for around eight (8) months. She then become Junior Formwork Designer at Asiaric Contract Sdn Bhd for more than one (1) year. There, she gained some knowledge on formwork design and some knowledge on management. Geocon Engineering Sdn Bhd gave her an opportunity as junior engineer in January 2020 so that she can grow together with us and expand. With her presence, the company shall acquire an extra support in technical terms.

Nur Fatin Afiqah binti Mohd Fadzli

Nur Fatin Atiqah Binti Mohd Fadzli is a graduate student from Polytechnic Sultan Azlan Shah, Behrang. Previously, she worked as a draught person at Naluri Ukur for One (1) year. During her time at Nilai Ukur, she learnt how to setting out, prepare elevation drawing, cross section drawing and layout plan of a building. Then, Geocon Engineering Sdn Bhd gave her an opportunity to expand her career as Assistant Quantity Surveyor. Now, she worked out on Work Programme, Bill of Quantities, Built Up Rate, and Progress Claim. With her presence in the company, she will ensure that on Quantity Surveyor (QS) part she will deliver it in time.

Muhammad Faizul Naim is a graduate student from UiTM. He was an intern in Muhibbah Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd and was assigned in managing a small project for the company. He then started his career at Subur Julang Enterprise after graduated from UiTM. There, he learned some tendering and management work. Geocon Engineering invited him and appoint him as Project Executive. His responsibilities is to supervised and manage the technical team at site.
